To use the services offered by the Company through the Site, you agree that:

Creating an account with false information or more than one account is a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of persons under the age of 18. If you are below 18 years of age, the Company may not lawfully provide the services to you unless with parental consent (including using of your personal data).
- If you are accessing or use the Site on behalf of a business, company or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority and capacity to do so and to bind the business, company or third party to this terms. In any event, the Company may hold you responsible for violations of this terms by the business, company or third party and “you”, “your” and “party” will also refer and apply to that business or third party.
You may choose to register an account with us. When you become a Registered User on Monsta, you will get the most out of the features and benefits offered through the Site applicable to you as a student. Although registration is not mandatory, an Unregistered User may only access to certain features on the Site.
You must keep your account details safe
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at [email protected]
Account suspension or shut down
We have the discretion to suspend or shut down an account of a registered user if any terms and conditions herein has been breached by such registered user.
How you may use material on our Site
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our Site.

If you apply for a job through our Site or opt to signal your interest in a job, our default setting is to share it only with the relevant job poster or to match you with the suitable business user.

- We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

How we may use your personal information

If you purchase or subscribe to our paid services (“Premium Service”), you agree to pay use the applicable fees and taxes, and the additional terms specific to the Premium Services. Failure to pay these fees will result in termination of the Premium Services.
All fees are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and we do not accept any other currency denomination.
Mode of payment
If you purchase a subscription, your payment method automatically will be charged at the start of each subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period. To avoid future charges, please cancel before the renewal date.
All amounts paid to the Company are non-refundable. Any amounts owed to the Company will be calculated based on the Company’s internal tracking mechanism. The Company is not responsible for click fraud, technological issues or other potentially invalid activity by the 3rd party which may affect the supply of services herein.
Unless you change or remove your payment method, the Company may store and update (upon expiration) your mode of payment for use with subsequent campaigns, orders and purchases submitted through your account.
How to cancel or suspend your Premium Services
If you cancel your Premium Services and return to a free basic account, you are able to retain your profile, connections and other data. However, you will lose access to Company Culture, publishing premium insights about your business and encounter commercial use limit.
