Growing up in the community, it is a norm that the completion of your degree is just a qualification to get married. Fortunately, I am one of the blessed women that was able to break the stigma. The transformation that I had within myself made me a woman of aspiration with vision and grace. It allowed me to be tender at heart but strong at words. It revolved me to be aware of myself but at the same time to be sure of my aims. My story started when I was seeking opportunities to offer my leadership skills. The skill I had within me where I chose to stand up and voice out instead of being silent. That skill led me to be elected as Vice Secretary of Student Representative Council University Malaysia Kelantan 2020/2021. During my journey in this field, it made me realize that it’s better to take on things that I have had no experience with before as growth and comfort do not co-exist. Afterall, the key to success is to start before you are actually ready.  We can always learn to be better at whatever we aim to do. I believe I did because that particular role made me venture into multiple pathways through various platforms. On 1st August 2021, my life changed in multiple aspects when I was selected as a delegate of Penang State for Parlimen Wanita Muda. It definitely rekindled my passion in serving people. As a daughter of a single mother, I was reminded to empower and inspire other women and children to be the change in their lives. It was no turning back. From being featured in a local newspaper, Youth SDG Agent Penang, to multiple decision-making positions in organizations such as Sanitary Bank Malaysia, Malaysian Indian Youth Council and etc. I am here to say that it is not impossible to transforms your lives.
