Aiman, a very regular name, i bet you have encountered many Aimans throughout your life, and as the name dictates, Aiman is a simple guy like any other. No shakalaka boom boom.
As an Aiman, I have gone through many obstacles in my life. Some are easy to pass by, but some are rather hard. But the wavy roads behind me ended up taught me many significant life lessons which shaped me to be a better person.
Along the way, I picked up some knowledge, and I dare tell you, although it might seem cliche, we can garner knowledge not only from textbooks but also from our surroundings and every person around us. I was a trainer on MyCatalyz program under Team Selangor. It is a program, built to enhance our critical thinking skills and the ability to make social analysis. I gained tremendous knowledge from there. Not only that I get the chance to broaden my horizon and build connections, I benefit the platform to simultaneously influence and inspire youths to bring out the revolution for a good and better society.
Without Skills, Knowledge may not be applied. We might say that knowledge is “potential power.” Without the motivation or ability to apply it, for whatever reason, it is useless. It would be more accurate to say that the will and the ability to act on the knowledge we possess is power.
KNOWLEDGE + SKILL = EXPERIENCE + SELF IMPROVEMENT
It is a powerful tool of transformation that have changed me. I have learned a lot of skills because I want to be all-rounder. As the saying goes “A jack of all trade is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one”.
I cannot express exactly how I have survived in university even until now, but Alhamdulillah, I did it! I came out somewhat stronger. I had the chance to be the leader of the Student Representative Council for 3 Years. It takes work, but if you’re determined enough, you can usually achieve your goals.
I have lots to tell from my experience and my stories can keep go on and on. Now let’s start with a new one… Nahhh I’m just joking. I’d really appreciate it if you could spend some time to vote for me, as every vote matters and it fuels me to keep going. Thanks
